Objectives and key results (OKR) software are dedicated tools for setting, communicating, tracking, and measuring goals and results within businesses. Within OKR software, management can easily set and monitor goals for teams and individuals. These tools serve as an effective alternative to informal channels like instant messaging or comments within other tools for goal check-ins, where progress can be difficult to track and even easy to lose.
